Due to a government-mandated enforcement of regulations, the SMS/MMS feature within TeleCloud is currently unavailable at this time.  We are working with regulation authorities to register customers affected with appropriate 10DLC numbers and pertinent information.  We will update again as soon as we get confirmation from these 3 party authorities.

On February 27, 2025 at 19:37 GMT, Lumen discovered service impact in Leesburg, TX. Your connectivity event has been related to a larger network event; all network events are automatically escalated to Lumen leadership. The Lumen Network Operations Center (NOC) is investigating to determine the cause.

4:55pm CST - Excavation personnel have begun arriving on-site, and are working to uncover the fiber damage ahead of the arrival of repair teams and equipment. More updates will be provided as they become available.

5:00pm CST - An updated ETA of 01:15 GMT on February 28 has been reported for splice crews, who are en route from Dallas to the damage site in Atlanta, TX. Crews on-site are continuing excavations, both by hand and with excavation equipment, to unearth the damaged fiber and determine the extent of necessary repairs. More updates will be provided as they become available.

7:13pm CST - The OSPE advised that the team is working diligently to locate neighboring handholes while there is still daylight. The splice crews remain en route from Dallas to the damage site in Atlanta, TX, with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) remaining unchanged at 01:15 GMT. More updates will be provided as they become available

7:17pm CST - The Outside Plant Engineer (OSPE) is advising that a construction crew is currently excavating the damaged duct. Additional materials and crew members are still en route to the site. The team is working diligently to ensure that all necessary resources are in place for a swift and effective repair once the additional crew arrives. More updates will be provided as they become available.

1:17am CST - Proactive monitoring has determined that the service affecting alarms have cleared. We do not anticipate additional service interruptions as part of the ongoing repair process, but brief service impacts remain a possibility. Updates of the repair will continue hourly unless otherwise noted. When all associated service affecting alarms are clear and repairs are confirmed completed, a final notification and summary of the outage will be provided. More updates will be provided as they become available.

3:58am CST - Lumen NOC reports that splicing is complete. Tierpoint see's that all alerts have cleared and traffic is passing through. We will mark this event as complete, if you continue to have any issues please contact TeleComp at support@telecomp.com

Our reporting system will be upgraded with approx 45 minutes of downtime for the reporting portal only.

We have received reports of issues logging into Cisco Webex services.  Although this is controlled by Cisco, we are investigating and will update, as we determine the severity and cause.


9:55am CST - Engineers have identified the cause and are taking corrective action with Cisco.

Call recording services for TeleCloud will be affected from 8pm CST to approx 10pm CST for routine upgrades and security patch maintenance.  Calls will not be recorded during this time.

Veeam has disclosed a critical CVSS 9.9 vulnerability in the Veeam Service Provider Console. As our console is exposed to the internet this is a vulnerability that requires immediate attention and patching.  Services should be restored before nightly backup jobs begin.

9/9/2024 11:15:00 AM Mitel Hosted

A small subset of customers may be impacted by a power company issue, near our Bentonville, AR location. We are troubleshooting currently and will provide updates as soon as we have confirmed the issue and resolution.

12:02pm Service was restored and fully operational.

8/29/2024 5:00:00 PM TeleCloud VoIP

A minor DNS modification will be applied to our TeleCloud instance tonight from 5-6pm. It may affect Contact Center users, but will be immediately tested for validation.

We are currently investigating reports of call quality issues with some voice customers.  It appears to be primarily affected by nationwide AT&T, Comcast and Cox reports from various states, on the customers end.

Update: 7/9/24 9:00am CST - nationwide carriers are no longer reporting issues on the customer side.  AT&T reported a peering issue with other carriers, with Cox being the most affected.  Will monitor throughout the day.

TeleComp will be performing a patch to the Mitel MiCollab client services at 6:00 CST on Thursday June 21st.

There will be a brief outage while the reboot is in progress. We do not anticipate there being any further disruptions The patch to migrate from legacy FCM API to the current API so that Android push notifications are not affected after 21st June 2024 due to a change in the Android OS.

This patch script will restart MiCollab client services Note the following highlighted features will not work during the restart:

• New calls (incoming/outgoing)

• Existing calls will continue but mid-call features such as hold, transfer, etc. will not work.

• Presence • Call history

• Legacy chat (CloudLink chat will continue to work)

5/6/2024 12:55:39 PM TeleCloud VoIP Our engineers have identified and mitigated the issues with an upstream carrier and are monitoring to ensure serviceability and uptime.
